As the 4RUN2 Brand Experience Specialist, you will lead the strategic development and execution of the 4RUN2 brand across digital, retail, and community platforms. This creative and entrepreneurial role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for running culture, brand storytelling, and experiential engagement.
You will own key initiatives across social media strategy, content development, merchandise planning, and community partnerships—helping to shape the identity and growth of the 4RUN2 brand within the P3R organization. Working cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and event teams, you’ll have the opportunity to drive brand innovation, manage campaign development, and lead retail activations that connect with Pittsburgh’s running community.
This position requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to take on leadership in a dynamic and growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the social media strategy for 4RUN2 across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
- Create and manage a digital content calendar, collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives
- Concept and execute original content (photo, video, copy) for social channels, email campaigns, and retail marketing in alignment with strategic objectives
- Analyze performance metrics and use data to guide creative and strategic decisions across digital and retail marketing channels
- Oversee and guide the design direction of 4RUN2 apparel collections and seasonal merchandise plans in collaboration with retail and buying teams
- Lead campaign development from concept to completion, including storytelling, influencer partnerships, copywriting, and creative production
- Coordinate and direct brand photoshoots and video content, working with photographers, models, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
- Own relationships with local run clubs, fitness organizations, and community partners to build engagement opportunities and brand visibility
- Strategize and implement experiential marketing activations at P3R races, expos, and community events, including overseeing logistics, setup, and staffing
- Contribute to long-term brand planning, including apparel buying strategy, seasonal promotions, and growth initiatives
- Supervise interns, part-time staff, or event ambassadors as needed during activations, pop-ups, and expos
- Identify opportunities for innovation in customer experience, digital storytelling, and retail performance across all brand touchpoints

- A recent college graduate passionate about running, fitness, and brand culture
- A clear communicator and dependable team player
- Creative, proactive, and organized, with strong visual and written instincts
- Confident in customer-facing roles and excited to build community connections
- Based in Pittsburgh and ready to work in-person with the P3R and 4RUN2 teams
Required Education and Experience
- Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Photography, video editing, or campaign production a plus
