Position Overview:
The Account Executive, Season Seat Membership Sales & Service’s main responsibility is to retain and service existing Season Seat Member accounts and convert prospective clients into new Members.

 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community.
  • Responsible for prospecting and selling Season Seat Memberships for all games through outbound calls/contacts or appointments.
  • Responsible for renewing Season Seat Membership clients between seasons.
  • Develop and consistently grow a database comprised of businesses and individual prospects through various professional networking efforts throughout the community.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business community and community at large using a relationship based approach to sales and service.
  • Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using CRM.
  • Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals while providing the utmost customer service.
  • Embrace the team-first environment to achieve organizational sales goals and vision.
  • Service clients and prospects at all home games and other events as needed for purpose of maximizing sales opportunities and retention.
  • Attend networking and other community events outside of traditional business hours to promote the organization and build prospect pipeline.
  • Provide customer service to existing clients by visiting with them during games, as well as provide amenities during games.
  • Visit and communicate with existing membership accounts outside of games to maintain relationships.
  • Make phone calls and other outbound contacts (emails, SMS) during the season and off-season to ensure personalized, continual contact with ticket members. 
  • Work with the box office to update sales reports as necessary. 
  • Complete any customer service and operational duties as assigned.
 
Experience:
  • Must have previous sales experience in membership-based ticket sales or customer service. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service, sales and customer service internships will count, with proven performance of success in sales, retention, and customer service.
