Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to sell Season Ticket Memberships, Mini Plans, Suites, and Group Tickets.
- Host prospective clients at Sutter Health Park for games, tours, and VIP events to showcase the fan experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Leverage industry-leading sales enablement technologies including:
- Virtual video appointments
- Texting and personalized video creation
- AI-generated qualified leads to streamline outreach and improve conversion
- Use Salesforce CRM and other digital tools to track leads, manage relationships, and optimize the sales process.
- Participate in regular training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development.
- Represent the River Cats and Athletics at games and community events with a commitment to providing best-in-class service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A team player with a competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed in a high-energy sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn through ongoing training and mentorship.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the baseball season.
Compensation:
The expected annual base salary for this role is $35,360 plus bonus and commissions. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
