About the Role
Assist the accounting department in day-to-day collection, tracking, and compilation of the company finances.  This is a part time position, estimated to be about 20 hours a week.

Job Description
·         Enter invoices into the accounting system.
·         Enter daily merchandise sales into the accounting system.
·         Enter credit card transactions.
·         File, scan and review documentation
·         Compile and record daily and weekly sales deposits.
·         Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
·         Assist in ad hoc reports, including event reporting
Requirements
·         MS Excel and Google sheets experience.
·         Detailed-oriented
·         Be a team player
·         Respect for company confidentiality.
·         Quickbooks experience a plus
