Overview:
As a successful All-American Flag Coach, you will instruct, motivate, organize, and manage a team during the All-American Flag events. These events will be played during Summer of 2025. Series locations are conducted in key locations across the United States, such as the Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Ohio; the Northeast Regional Park in Orlando, Florida; the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex in Round Rock, Texas; the Warhill Sports Complex in Williamsburg, Virginia; the WSFS Bank Sportplex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

About All-American Flag:

The All-American Flag events are youth flag football tournaments for individual players specialized in bringing teammates, coaches, and families together through an unmatched experience. We are committed to maintaining the values and experience gained from playing the game, while making sure there’s a whole lot of fun along the way.   

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in the All-American Flag tournament, teaching kids ages 7-15 the fundamentals of flag football, the All-American Way
  • Manage a team through the All-American Flag tournament by organizing a lineup and substitutions
  • Learn how to operate the best flag football evaluations in the nation, from those who have created and implemented the standards and practices
  •  Create a fun, dynamic atmosphere for participants, developing camaraderie and acting as a positive role model
  • Uphold the values and brand standards established by All-American Flag
  • Operate instructional stations and evaluations (including throwing, catching, and agilities)
  • Observe and evaluate player performance
  •  Gain knowledge of and training in management, coaching, and working independently when assisting with event operations
  • Aid in setting up and breaking down flag football equipment at the start or end of each day as needed
  • Assist partner brand and agency representatives in setting up and breaking down event production equipment and promotional items
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing extraordinary customer service
  • Be considered to work other All-American Flag events at the conclusion of the event, based on performance
Requirements:
  • Past football experience with a strong understanding of fundamentals; interest in coaching
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior coaching experience
  • Prior experience working with children, exhibiting the ability to be patient and understanding 
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, initiative, and high level of energy
  • Ability and willingness to physically perform all job responsibilities
Working Conditions/Special Physical Requirements:
  • Regular lifting of heavy items of 20 pounds or more
  • Exposure to extreme heat or cold
