ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Advance ALL event technical details for ALL shows/ events.
Liasson between the arena artists/ client to ensure all production needs are met and the contract adhered to.
Supervise and assist in producing all events for REV Sports Management. These events include, but are not limited to, major events (concerts, conventions, etc.), special events and other events as assigned.
Oversee the full video production process for events including pre-production planning, camera operation, switching, and post-event editing.
Manage and maintain multi-camera live video workflows, including switching, shading, and real-time monitoring for in-venue and broadcast applications.
Gain Control Room familiarity including routing and patching sources.
Follow a budget plan and track all production costs.
Schedule and train part time employees with audio/video equipment (cameras, mixers, lighting, playback, switcher systems, etc.).
Schedule and supervise 3rd party labor including stagehands, riggers, and other labor as required.
Supervise load-in and load-out of artists, equipment, and vendors.
Set and strike portable sound systems, microphones, projectors, and lighting equipment for various events and internal needs.
Assist event and production staff with AV assets, in-house feeds, lighting, and audio systems.
Update standard operating procedures and training materials for part-time and contracted A/V staff.
Keep an accurate inventory of tools, machinery, cleaning supplies, and related audio-visual equipment.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and secure competitive bids for event AV equipment maintenance and repair projects as needed.
Document all repairs, maintenance activity, and equipment usage logs for departmental reporting.
Assist talent buyer in estimating costs to create offers and establish show budgets.
Assist REV Entertainment in marketing and communication efforts with various video projects, athletic events, and motion graphics designs.
Provide tech support for all software and hardware related computer and hardware issues that could arise in the production or execution of an event.
Conduct routine testing, calibration, and inspection of all installed A/V systems to ensure equipment is in working order.
Maintain digital asset libraries and organize archival footage from previous events.
Provide tech support for internal staff presentations, meetings, or facility functions.
Stay up to date on innovative A/V tech trends and draft internal proposals for future process improvements.
Must be physically able to perform in inclement weather of varying degrees.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 – 70lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, Audio and Video systems, and lighting systems preferred.
Extensive knowledge of production systems such as video switchers, routers, audio mixers, and video streaming equipment.
Extensive knowledge of RF, HDBaseT, UTP, and wireless networks.
Knowledge of various audio equipment (microphones, sound recording devices, speaker systems, etc.)
Knowledge of production camera equipment and operation is a plus.
Prior supervision of A/V (or similar staff) preferred.
Experience with video streaming services and live event production preferred.
Must be willing to learn new Audio/Video operations and workflows and be able to teach methods to part time production staff.
Must be able to competently analyze, prioritize, and relay information to make appropriate recommendations for various productions.
Must be able to analyze, interpret, and design event AV layouts for live events.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, live production and communications staff, and vendors.
Must have proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and strong organizational skills.
Must be flexible with working long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor's Degree in Media Production, Video/Audio Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
4-6 years' experience working in fast paced live event productions, sports, and/ or entertainment preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Office, CAD software and other related software preferred
Prior experience in an arena, stadium, convention center, or other assembly space preferred.
4-6 years’ experience in installation of audio, video, and lighting system infrastructure, including cabling, mounts, truss, and hardware.
4-6 years’ experience in setting up and operating audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, screens, among other audio & video equipment required in a live events setting.
CTS (or equivalent) certification preferred.
Experience in interpreting event contracts and developing event budgets.
