Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Sales (Primary Focus):
- Actively sell group and individual game tickets via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly ticket sales goals.
- Develop new leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with game day and promotional events to generate leads and close sales.
Broadcasting (Secondary – Based on Sales Performance):
- Assist the play-by-play announcer with pre-game, in-game, and post-game tasks.
- Contribute to on-air content, including interviews, analysis, and live segments (opportunities increase with ticket sales success).
- Help with setup and operation of broadcast equipment on game days.
- Edit and archive highlight reels, post-game clips, and promotional segments
