Sponsorship Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Location: In-Office | 70 South Main Street, Suite 2A, Cranbury, NJ 08512
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience Level: 1–4 years
Compensation: $48,000 base salary + commission (estimated $10,000 additional in year one)
Start Date: July 1, 2025 (or earlier for the ideal candidate)
Term: 3-month trial period, with potential for full-time salaried role upon successful completion

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sponsorship Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with SSEC management to develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies for 2–3 assigned clients.
This position is perfect for a driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and the sports industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the sponsorship lifecycle—from prospecting and outreach to pitching and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized sponsorship sales plans in collaboration with SSEC leadership
- Conduct market research to build targeted prospect lists
- Manage outreach via email and other channels to set up introductory meetings
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and sponsorship proposals
- Support senior staff in client meetings and sales initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and sales activity

- Passion for sales, business development, and marketing strategy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar presentation tools
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, marketing, or sports business is a plus
