We’re looking for an organized, efficient, and high-energy Equipment Manager to support our athletes, help us win championships, and engage our community through the beautiful game.

Key Responsibilities
General / Operations
- Lead the planning and execution of all equipment needs across the club.
- Work closely with the team administrator, coaching staff, and players for training sessions, matches, and events.
- Develop and manage the annual equipment budget in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Coordinate with official suppliers and partners, ensuring compliance with all commercial and sponsorship requirements.
- Maintain detailed inventory and oversee equipment distribution across departments and special projects.
- Manage 1 full-time and 1 part-time coordinator; includes time keeping, performance management, and goal setting.
Training & Gameday
- Oversee all laundry and equipment logistics for players and staff before, during, and after training and matches.
- Support the coaching staff during sessions by preparing and managing required equipment.
- Set up and manage home and visiting team locker rooms on gamedays.
Travel & Shipping
- Plan and execute the logistics of packing and transporting team equipment for home and road games.
- Liaise with visiting teams to accommodate equipment-related needs during their stay.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience in elite sports, preferably working directly with professional athletes.
- Flexible, reliable, and hands-on — willing to pitch in wherever needed in a start-up team environment.
- Passionate about women’s sports and committed to helping shape a new era in the professional landscape.
- Able to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by team schedules.
Salary starting at $70K
