Summary:
The experienced expense report /cash application specialist will manage Concur T&E system, assist with customer collections, and perform other duties within the WTA. The cash application specialist's responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining our Concur T&E system, reconciliation of bank statements, billing collections, creating accounts receivable invoices, processing credit card payments, reconciling purchase card statements, and performing other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage and administer Company’s T&E management system, Concur, by ensuring accurate data entry, processing expense reports, resolving user issues, and work with internal IT/Concur Administrators to optimize system configuration to meet Company’s needs
· Reconcile monthly purchase card statements and verify proper documentation
· Process credit card payments
· Perform daily/monthly cash reconciliations on a timely basis
· Responsible for collecting payments on overdue accounts and contacting customers to make collection arrangements.
· Review/analyze Accounts receivable aging
· Create and maintain open billing reports and provide weekly status to management
· Back-up support for other functions in the accounting area
· Contribute to improving process workflows
· Assist with the annual audit and preparation of audit schedules as needed
· Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years accounting experience
- B.A / B.S degree in Accounting Required
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with Concur expense report processing required
- Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus
- Experience working with various foreign currencies preferred
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP Concur experience
- Advanced Excel / database management skills preferred
· Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines
· Attention to Detail a must
· Self-starter, ability to stay on task with limited supervision
- Microsoft Office proficient

Position Type/Work Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday.
