What will I Do?
The Fan Experience Coordinator will help the ticketing & membership experience team on game days by leading out on operational set up for in-game experiences. The role will help manage the staff working at fan experience spaces (i.e. the kid’s train, Bumble’s House and the putting green).
The Fan Experience Coordinator will:
- Manage and assist the staff assigned to each fan experience space
- Manage the set up of ticketing & premium spaces and in-game efforts
- Assist in servicing season ticket membership & premium members
- Assist in fulfillment of corporate groups and non-gameday events
- Assist in fulfillment of premium spaces during Bees home games and non-gameday events
- Help with setup, load in and out of the square, plaza events for The Ballpark at America First Square
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform gameday responsibilities such as ticketing support, seat visits, FEP fulfillment, etc.
- Assist in the planning and execution of non-gameday member events
- Assist in renewing season ticket memberships
- Participate in on-going training
- Manage and grow industry standard sales & service skills
- Other duties as assigned

- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required
- 1 or more year of sales or operational experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work all home games and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to handle guest service issues
- Ability to calm dissatisfied guests through empathetic dialogue
- Work under fast paced, high stress situations
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and weeknights
What is the wage?
This position starts at $18.00/hour.
