Enbar Inc. is a restaurant group that owns Enbar Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Block Bar and Grill, Sidequest Arcade, Big Dipper Ice Cream, and The Great Falls Voyagers. These adjacent establishments are located in the heart of downtown Great Falls, Montana. Enbar is an upscale cocktail bar that focuses on local ingredients and a hip, ever-changing food menu. The Block Bar and Grill is a neighborhood bar gone cheesy! It is an upscale local eatery with creative grilled cheese and 24 draft beers.

We are looking for a customer service-obsessed individual who is looking for a restaurant group with which to make a career. Your main responsibility will be leading the front-of-house staff at The Block, Big Dipper Ice Cream and The Great Falls Voyagers to maintain an over the top customer experience while maintaining acceptable speed of service and cleanliness and sanitation standards.

You will have a flexible schedule with an expectation of 40-50 hours per week.

This is a working manager position, you will be filling serving and bartending shifts as needed.
You will be required to open the downtown restaurants independently and help train front-of-house employees at all businesses.

You will work with management on all promotional events and advertising purchases. This is a dynamic job that requires a dynamic individual who can lead staff and balance a multitude of ever-changing responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.

You must already live in or be willing to relocate to Great Falls, MT.
You must have a valid drivers license and be able to work in multiple locations in a single day as needed.
