Summary:
The Los Angeles Chargers are looking for friendly, outgoing, and energetic Game Day Assistants for the 2025-26 NFL Season. This fan-facing, game day role will support the game presentation staff in their effort to engage fans and create a seamless experience for guests during Los Angeles Chargers home games.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Actively engage with fans during promotions, prize giveaways, crowd chants, and special recognitions
● Be knowledgeable and able to communicate various entertainment activations to guests
● Select and escort feature contestants, providing clear and concise instructions to contestants
● Prep and assist with execution of select timeout features and promotions
● Support pre-game and half-time programming as needed
● Amplify and enhance live, scripted in-game moments
● Assist Stage Managers with various tasks
● Prepare giveaways and contest props
● Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
● Ability to work in a team environment
● Punctual and reliable
● Attention to detail and event timelines
● Ability to navigate SoFi Stadium, actively moving for up to 6 hours
● “Can do” attitude; willingness to take direction
● Professional demeanor with spirited, outgoing personality
● Effective communicator in fast-paced environments

● Have authorization to work in the U.S.
● Be available to work all Los Angeles Chargers home games (day/nights, weekends, holidays)

This position will pay $17.50 an hour.
