Element 78 Experiences is a boutique event marketing and hospitality agency specializing in curating and delivering access to highly sought-after sports, cultural and entertainment events for Fortune 100 companies and select corporate clients. We aide in elevating or clients’ business relationships through shared experiences at the most compelling sport and entertainment events across the globe.
OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player with a passion for premium guest experiences to join our highachieving hospitality team. This entry-level role will support the planning and delivery of premium hospitality activations and brand experiences at some of the world’s most coveted events. The right candidate for this role is looking for a fast-paced, hands-on job experience working with large brands to create money-can’t-buy experiences for our clients and their guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the planning and coordination of premium hospitality events and sponsorship activations from concept through execution.
- Aide in creating detailed event timelines, schedules and logistical plans.
- Support inventory, purchasing and fulfillment of event materials.
- Draft content for guest-facing communications such as registration sites, email invites and post-event reports – while maintaining brand tone and quality.
- Attend and support on-site event execution, ensuring a smooth and polished guest experience.
- Research and share emerging trends in events, hospitality and fan engagement – bringing fresh, creative ideas to the team.
- Take notes in internal meetings and follow up on action items to support project momentum.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations, strategy decks and competitive research for clients.
- Perform additional support tasks to help the team execute high-quality work.
QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, sports management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative; a proactive, can-do attitude is a must; willingness to ask questions for a deeper understanding of the why and how we do things is a plus.
- Passion for live events, premium experiences, sport and entertainment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Hybrid role based in the Indianapolis area preferred.
