OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player with a passion for premium guest experiences to join our highachieving hospitality team. This role will support the planning and delivery of premium hospitality activations and brand experiences primarily in the soccer space. The position may be hired at the Coordinator or Senior Coordinator level depending on the candidate’s experience. It's an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a fast-paced, hands-on role collaborating with global brands to deliver unforgettable, money-can’t-buy experiences for clients and guests. Candidates with advanced expertise may take on broader responsibilities, while those earlier in their career will have room to grow into a senior-level function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Support the planning and coordination of premium hospitality programs and sponsorship activations from concept through execution. 
  • Aide in creating detailed event timelines, schedules and logistical plans. 
  • Support inventory, purchasing and fulfillment of event materials. 
  • Draft content for guest-facing communications such as registration sites, email invites and post-event reports – always aligned with our client’s brand standards. 
  • Attend and support on-site event execution, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience; assist team members at their events as needed. 
  • Research and share emerging trends in events, hospitality and fan engagement – such as curated gifting, exclusive entertainment, immersive brand moments and upscale décor. 
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, take notes and follow up on action items to support project and team efficiency. 
  • Assist in the creation of client-facing presentations, strategy decks and competitive research for clients. 
  • Aide in identifying new business opportunities through day-to-day interactions with clients and peers. 
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and operational tasks as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, sports management and/or a related field; 2-4 years equivalent experience preferred for Senior Coordinator status. 
  • Experience working in/around soccer a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Professional and proactive demeanor with a client-first attitude and strong customer service orientation. 
  • Passion for live events, premium experiences, sport and entertainment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. 
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends. 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. 
  • Remote role in Indianapolis, Charlotte or Dallas preferred but not required.
