Job Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals are looking for a talented and versatile Interactive Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. In this role, you’ll design engaging digital campaigns across email, paid social, and web. You’ll play a key role in testing creative formats, supporting A/B campaigns, and designing assets that move—literally. From animated GIFs in emails to motion graphics for social, your work will help elevate how fans interact with our brand.

Primary Job Duties:

The Interactive Graphic Designer role will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:

• Design assets for email marketing campaigns, with an understanding of how designs translate across HTML platforms.
• Support paid social A/B testing with engaging, optimized creative (static and animated).
• Create simple, visually impactful landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
• Contribute graphics for SMS outreach, focusing on clarity and quick impact.
• Develop animated GIFs and simple motion graphics for use in email and social media.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to test, learn, and evolve creative approaches based on performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in digital/interactive design
• A strong portfolio showing digital design across email, social, and web.
• Solid grasp of how emails are built and how to design effectively for email platforms.
• Experience creating animated GIFs and lightweight motion graphics that enhance engagement.
• Familiarity with designing for web landing pages and mobile-first environments.
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Love designing creative that performs-especially when it moves.
• Experience working with marketing strategists to iterate and improve.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
• Desire to be part of a team that's shaping the fan experience beyond the game.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours will vary depending on business needs
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
