MARKETING COORDINATOR, US OPEN - OVERVIEW
Elevate and the USTA seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support premium hospitality marketing efforts for the US Open Tennis Championships. This position is an integral part of the sales and marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Property Marketing and working in partnership with the USTA.  

This role will assist in executing day-to-day marketing activities across digital, social, and communications channels to help tell a cohesive story surrounding the premium ticketing experience at the US Open.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote stadium experiences.
  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams (PR, Comms, Design, & Sales) and external partners to align marketing deliverables and timelines.
  • Draft, proofread, and coordinate the deployment of email campaigns to support ticket sales, including assisting with creative assets and seeking all relevant approval across teams
  • Support website updates, including developing wireframes for ticketing landing pages, form management, and content refreshes using CMS tools while ensuring compliance and tracking parameters are in place.
  • Coordinate asset delivery and publishing schedules with the social and creative teams.
  • Support onsite media activations and press-related logistics, as needed.
  • Track marketing tasks and timelines to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Manage internal documentation, marketing calendars, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Webflow), email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe), project management tools (e.g., Asana), social platforms (e.g. Meta, X, LinkedIn) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
