Event Overview:
You will be working the NASCAR Race Weekend at Pocono Raceway on June 20th-22nd. As an Ticketing Intern at FanGate Solutions for this event, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket sales, ticket renewals, and guest services. Interns will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our client’s expectations and increase fans overall experience, ticket software training, and defusing customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Renew race fans on-site for their 2026 tickets and camping
- Initiate text campaigns to increase ticket renewal deposits
- Aid guests with accurate race day and promotional information
- Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
- Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
- Punctual, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with an attention to detail
- Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
- Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings and some holidays
- College student majoring in sport management, hospitality management, sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
- Ticket sales experience is a plus
- PAC7 experience a huge plus
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED
Pay and Schedule:
Pay is $12.00/hr.
Friday, June 20th: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday, June 21st: 7:00am - 4:30pm
Sunday, June 22nd: 7:00am - 4:30pm
