The New York Jets are seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and committed candidates with a strong work ethic to join our team as Gameday Interns within the Premium & Corporate Partnerships departments. This dual-role opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting both premium hospitality and corporate partnership initiatives during home games and select team events. The opportunity will provide an in-depth experience of working with a professional sports team’s activation group as well as experience in a premium client facing role.
Responsibilities:
- VIP Experiences: Escorting guests for pre-game & halftime access
- Alumni Appearances: Aid with Jets Legends appearances at sponsor activations and suites
- Gift & Suite Item Distribution: Ensuring any gifting or client custom items are properly delivered to the suites prior to the game
- Responsible for aspects of team and partner activation setup and breakdown
- Assist with tracking gameday signage and other assets for recap purposes
- Pregame/Halftime/Post-Game Special Events
- Assist suite partners with general gameday needs, including navigating the stadium and accessing suite & club levels
- Provide guests answers to general stadium & gameday questions
- Support Jets staff as directed
Requirements:
- Must have completed one year of college or higher education
- Must be available to work all ten (10) NY Jets home games, including nights/weekends/holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Strong work ethic, enthusiastic positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
- Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must have transportation to and from MetLife Stadium and other potential special events
- School credit is not available for this position.
The salary for this position is $16.00 per hour.
