THE ROLE   

The Sr. Creative Specialist for LGP will play a pivotal role in supporting Legends Global Partnerships by generating innovative and compelling content that aligns with client objectives. This individual will work closely with the creative team and various LGP stakeholders to develop creative assets, presentations, mockups and campaigns that support sales and strategy efforts while enhancing brand visibility and engagement. This role can be considered a mixture of typical Sr Designer, Presentation Designer and Jr Manager responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support and contribute to creative vision and direction of internal and external stakeholders within LGP and for its clients and properties. 
  • Support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development of digital, presentation, and print marketing assets for LGP and its client-partners 
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, delivering high-quality work on short timelines
  • Collaborate with the creative, strategy and sales teams to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts for partnership activations. 
  • Assist in the development and presentation of visual and written content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media platforms. 
  • Collaborate with the Legends Creative Manager, and with the strategy and sales teams to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts for partnership activations.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field 
  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role with progressive responsibility preferred  
  • Experience in sports, property sales and/or entertainment is a plus  
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro & After Effects 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote 
  • Deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling 
  • Excellent visual design skills with focus on presentation & branding 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level
  • Skilled in copywriting and proofreading, with a strong command of advanced English
  • Excellent research literacy and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment 
  • Ability to travel as needed 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to communicate effectively with internal sales and management teams 
  • Highly strategic thinking and creative concepting skills 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and executioner  
  • Comfort presenting to the organization, project leadership and stakeholders 
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction based on feedback –  
    Self-starter with a learning mindset 
  • Adaptability to work with both new and established brand systems. 
  • Ability to execute designs, produce mockups, and create presentations (including custom typography, illustrations, and photo manipulation)

                        COMPENSATION

                        Competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

                        In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, Louisiana and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $77,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations. 

                        WORKING CONDITIONS

                        Location: Hybrid/Remote - with the ability to work at a corporate office if located nearby.
