OneTeam is hiring for either a Senior Director or Senior Manager, depending on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications. Location
This is a hybrid role. The preferred locations are Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY, and candidates will be expected to work in-office as needed, in coordination with team and business requirements.
Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Sales Solutions will support the development and execution of strategic sales materials and go-to-market initiatives across OneTeam’s growing sponsorship and marketing portfolio. This role will work closely with the Sales and Partner Marketing teams to turn insights, research, and creative strategy into high-impact tools that help drive revenue and brand engagement across OneTeam’s Player Association partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Solutions team in turning research and insights into creative thought starters, pitch narratives, and branded content ideas.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, decks, one-sheets, and pitch materials that support outbound sales efforts across key categories and partners.
- Assist in translating research and insights into clear, compelling sales stories and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partner Marketing to refine positioning strategies for each Player Association property.
- Support creation of case studies and recaps that spotlight successful partner campaigns and athlete programs.
- Keep evergreen materials updated and aligned with OneTeam’s group rights, offerings, and market trends.
- Assist in developing go-to-market materials for Group NIL and athlete endorsement offerings.
- Maintain a database of category insights, audience profiles, and brand activations to support idea generation and pitch development.
- Support the creation of pricing and valuation tools used to benchmark proposals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Production, Athlete Relations, and Research to align on messaging and sales materials.
- Contribute to ideation for original content, events, or sales platforms that enhance OneTeam’s value proposition.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in advertising, sponsorship, sports marketing, brand strategy, or creative planning
- Experience supporting sales teams with custom pitch materials, research, and positioning that support partner conversations and contribute to successful outcomes
- Familiarity with using research, data, and insights to support brand storytelling and creative development
- Comfort with brand positioning frameworks, campaign ideation, and multi-channel marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across departments and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Open to feedback and able to integrate input from stakeholders to improve materials and strategies
Compensation
Candidates may notice two separate job postings for this opportunity. Please note that OneTeam is hiring for either a Senior Director or Senior Manager, depending on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications. If hired at the Senior Manager level, the anticipated salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 + bonus opportunity. OneTeam Partners also offers a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, wellness benefits, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. The above compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on Los Angeles, CA and current national data. Title and actual pay may be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Working Conditions
This role involves computer-based work, including video conferencing and frequent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners. Extended periods of sitting and screen time are expected. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, industry events, or partner visits, which may include standing, walking, or transporting light materials (e.g., laptops, promotional items). The position requires the ability to work across multiple time zones, manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role can be remote or based in an office setting, depending on organizational needs.
