Summary
The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a candidate to fill the position of Sr. Coordinator, Entertainment Teams & Live Programming. This position is responsible for the creative direction and production of all Bucks Entertainment performance teams, and assists in managing department part-time/game night staffing and the execution of all elements that are exclusive to the live show experience. They will oversee and assist with all entertainment team personnel and logistics , game and community appearances and game night activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for talent scouting and booking additional local performing acts for Milwaukee Bucks games. The Sr. Coordinator, Entertainment Teams & Live Programming must be goal-driven, detail-oriented and possess the ability to solve problems and provide clear direction within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The Sr. Coordinator, Entertainment Teams & Live Programming will collaborate with all departments to ensure the fulfilment of company goals.
Game / Event Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Creative lead for on court presentation including lighting, special effects, props, costuming, etc. for all Bucks Entertainment performances and large-scale productions.
- Manage and supervise performance team members and coaches.
- Collaborate with coaches and team managers to design and order performance teams uniforms.
- Schedule and coordinate team auditions and workshops for Bucks Entertainment.
- Curate selection and production of music for performances.
- Coordinate department schedule for internal and external appearances for Bucks Entertainment and maintain department calendar.
- Serve as supervisor on-site for external company events such as State Fair, Bar Network Watch Parties, parades and other events.
- Scout and book additional local performing acts for Milwaukee Bucks games.
- Coordinate all concourse entertainment and activations, including but not limited to DJs, live performers, balloon artists, face painters on game nights.
- Contribute to department payroll processes utilizing ABI software.
- Create and maintain schedule for movement of game night props and giveaways.
- Serve as lead for all prop and giveaway movements to and from the arena for game nights.
- Act as a scout searching out new talent, music, movie clips or entertainment that could be incorporated into Bucks game presentation.
- Contribute to programming/planning initiatives within Bucks Entertainment, inclusive of: rehearsals, equipment needs/assignment, game night staff hiring, staff assignments, script writing, format planning and video/skit production.
- Use reviews to assure constant evolution/improvement of event processes (including, but not limited to staff morale building, team building, and conflict resolution).
- Work closely with other departments to help activate department objectives.

Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of live entertainment programming and/or related production experience with at least 2 years of experience in a stadium or arena entertainment experience.
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong creative abilities and a passion for content creation.
- Availability to work ALL Milwaukee Bucks home games and other special events as assigned.
- Reliable, punctual, and courteous.
- Good listening skills and ability to work with others.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong knowledge of the NBA and the Milwaukee Bucks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign.
- Experience with ShoFlo preferred but not required.
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear
- Nature of the position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
