Position Summary:
As a Stadium Cleaning Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the stadium before, during, and after events. Your work ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize seating areas, concourses, restrooms, locker rooms, suites, offices, and concession areas.
- Collect, sort, and remove trash, recycling, and other waste materials.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, blowers, and pressure washers.
- Restock supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels) in restrooms and other facilities.
- Respond to spills or other emergency clean-up situations during events.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events (e.g., moving barricades, signage, waste bins).
- Report maintenance issues or damage to the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members and departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass background check (if required by employer).
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Noisy and fast-paced during events.
