Position Summary:
As a Street Team Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the Allen Americans brand in the community primarily on weekends. You'll engage with fans at events, promote upcoming games and promotions, and help create memorable fan experiences outside of the rink. This is a high-energy, hands-on role perfect for those looking to gain sports marketing, customer service and event experience.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the Allen Americans at community events, sponsor activations, and team appearances.
- Work events throughout the DFW area on weekends.
- Engage with fans in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Distribute promotional materials and information about upcoming games.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down event displays and booths.
- Support marketing campaigns through grassroots efforts.
- Capture and report fan feedback and engagement metrics.
- Promote ticket sales and brand awareness across the region.
- Report directly to Allen Americans marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in promotions, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
