The Wichita Thunder is looking for an innovative and results-driven Technology Solutions Coodinator to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our fan engagement and sales technology platforms. This role is critical to the success of our single-game ticket sales initiatives, serving as the internal champion for tools like Fevo, StellarAlgo, and Dash. You’ll bridge the gap between data, technology, and sales—empowering our team to make smarter decisions and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales technology stack, managing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for platforms including (SMS marketing), Fevo (social/group ticketing), StellarAlgo (audience insights), and Dash (contests and fan engagement, Auctions).
- Develop and execute multi-platform campaigns that support revenue growth, ticket sales, and fan engagement—especially focused on single-game buyers and group prospects.
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize workflows, ensuring the technology stack enhances team performance and customer experience.
- Analyze performance data to identify key trends, audience segments, and actionable insights that improve ROI across campaigns.
- Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and ensure data hygiene and integration between systems.
- Continuously explore new tools, trends, and strategies to keep the Thunder ahead of the curve in sales and fan experience technology.
