The Jersey Shore BlueClaws, a High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, are looking for a Ticket Operations Manager.
Job Summary - Essential Functions
The Ticket Operations Manager will work directly with the Ticket Sales Team in facilitating BlueClaws ticket processing and distribution, plus reporting and execution of ticket sales strategies across the organization. This individual ensures a seamless and efficient ticketing experience for customers, while also supporting revenue goals through effective system management, inventory control, and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure the functioning operation of the BlueClaws Box Office, including ticket distribution and daily sales for home games and special events while managing Box Office staff.
• Work BlueClaws home games and regular business hours in the office.
• Process Box Office orders including answering the phone and working at the ticket windows.
• Maintain and monitor ticket inventory across all sales channels (web, phone, box office, third-party platforms).
• Create and distribute sales, attendance, and financial reports for management, promoters, and partners
• Participate in account services such as seat selection and plan selections
• Assist and support directors and sales managers with projects as needed
• Maintain ticket database and records for all current clients
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum two years in a similar position
• Tickets.com (or similar ticketing system) experience is preferred
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated person with strong communication skills
• Experience in sports-related field preferred, but not required
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university, college, or equivalent knowledge, experience, or professional training.
