Job Summary:
The Utah Grizzlies are seeking a motivated and energetic Ticket Sales Account Executive to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for generating new revenue by selling a variety of ticketing products, including season tickets, mini plans, group tickets, themed group events, and single-game suite rentals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate ticket sales revenue through phone calls, in-person appointments, email outreach, and networking.
- Sell season tickets, mini plans, group packages, themed events, and suites.
- Manage and retain a portfolio of key accounts; serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Utilize provided lead lists and aggressively prospect for new business opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent outreach, seat visits, and personalized service.
- Attend all home games, team events, and promotional functions as required.
- Conduct in-game client visits and assist with special ticketing needs or service requests.
- Support the sales team with additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Passion for sales and a desire to work in the sports industry.
- Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and dependable with a team-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in sales or working with CRM systems is preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
